Appointments

To Make an Appointment

Please telephone (01728) 452027 during surgery hours or call at the reception desk. The telephone may be busy at certain times, especially Monday mornings - please be patient!

NEW: It is now possible to make an appointment online. To do this, you must go first to the surgery where you will be given a code name and a password. This can be used for both making appointments and for ordering prescriptions. Only a certain number of slots will be initially available for on-line appointments. The web site to use this service is: https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com

All consultations are by appointment and are normally for 12 minutes. If there are no appointments available and your problem is urgent, you will be asked to attend at the end of surgery, when you will be seen by one of the available doctors - this time should not be used for non-urgent matters and will normally be limited to 5 minutes.

The doctors are available most mornings between 12.00 noon and 12.45 to discuss results of tests over the telephone.

Please telephone reception after 2.15pm if you are simply inquiring about the result of an investigation.

TO REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE

Please call at reception during surgery opening hours. If you have your medical card please bring it with you or ring your previous surgery to ask for your national health number. All new patients are offered a health check with one of our practice nurses.
